1. Area (say name of neighborhood or subdivision, zip code, or city)
2. Type Home (say single home, townhome, or condo)
3. Price Range (say minimum and maximum price or just max price)
4. Minimum Beds and Baths (say for example 3 beds, 2 baths)
5. Age of Home (say doesn't matter, or no more than ten years old, for example)
6. Add any other criteria you require (pool, near lake, main level bedroom, bigger lot, 2-car garage, end-unit townhome, for example)
